- What happens to student data after graduation?
- The status changes to alumnus and the data is retained, so it remains searchable and filterable — it is not removed from the system.
- Can parents update their own details?
- Yes. Data update settings are available so changes such as address and contact details can be made directly, without going through the office.
- How does re-enrolment for existing students work?
- Re-enrolment for existing students is a separate process within the members module, so annual re-registration no longer relies on paper forms.
