Student Affairs

Two things a school cannot afford to miss

Student health records and a bullying reporting channel in one pastoral module

Health histories are often known only to whoever is staffing the sick bay, and bullying frequently comes to light only after it has gone on too long. Both are placed on the record so the school has something to act on — and parents have a way to speak up.

  • Records of student health conditions and treatment given
  • A bullying reporting channel that is recorded
  • Visible to parents through the Student Affairs menu

What you get

  • A health history that stays

Specific conditions, allergies, and treatment previously given are held in the system — not just known to whoever happens to be on duty.

  • Bullying gets a formal route

A report arrives as a traceable record, rather than a spoken complaint that easily stalls partway.

  • Parents can raise it

Because the module is open in the parent app, a concern can be raised early without waiting for a parents' evening.

  • A basis for acting

An orderly record gives the school objective footing when deciding how to respond, rather than relying on conflicting accounts.

FAQ

Questions about Health & Bullying

Can a bullying report be made anonymously?
Confidentiality for the reporter follows your school's child protection policy, and is configured during implementation.
Who can open a student's health record?
Access is set through user settings, so only the roles you authorise — sick bay staff and counsellors, for instance — can open them.
Is the health record linked to attendance?
Both sit in the same system, so an absence through illness can be read alongside the student's health record.
